Our class schedule features 15 group classes and 14 equipment classes.

A group class is taught in the large classroom with smaller props and usually around 10-15 students. Students may drop in without a reservation. Pilates Mat, Towelwork, and Yoga are all considered "group classes".

Equipment class is typically taught using the Reformers, Chairs, or Ped-a-Puls, our larger Pilates equipment. These classes require familiarity with the equipment and the exercises, and must be reserved ahead of time. Class size is limited to 5 students, and classes are a slightly higher rate. Our Circuit Workout Series is a new class option that combines the intensity of equipment work with the freedom of an independent workout. You will learn a basic equipment workout in the first two sessions, then you'll be on your own for the remaining six sessions. You will have a workout card to follow, and your instructor will be available for individual questions and cueing. This is a great way to gain confidence with your independent workout, and an economical alternative to a traditional equipment class.
