We are thrilled to offer a series of summer camps for children ages 4-8. Through creative play they will learn the basics of Pilates, yoga and dance--functional movement skills that will build strength and flexiblity, teach focus and balance, and encourage active, curious kids! Each "camp" consists of two hours per day for a full week of movement fun. Each week has a theme, and we encourage dress-up and play acting! The two-hour sessions will include instruction in Pilates, yoga, and dance, a snack break, and art project. At the end of each week, friends and family are invited to a final performance to showcase the work and the play of the week. The Summer Schedule is as follows: July 20-24, 2-4pm: Pirates & Princesses (4-6 yrs.) July 27-31, 2-4pm: Camp Carnivale (7-8 yrs.) To register, click here, then scroll down to find your session.
