About Us

We keep moving forward one step at a time....

After years of teaching the Classical Pilates Method while integrating the education that was received from different modalities of body work (such as The Franklin Method, YBR, Melt Method, etc) we slowly started doing things a little differently at Pilates on the Coast.   New thoughts and ideas started to develop and over the last 10 years many hours have been spent exploring and integrating the information into the work.

I'm not really sure what we're calling it but we're doing it at Pilates on the Coast in our Contrology Lab and it feels great!

We created Pilates on the Coast in order to have a place where we can explore, navigate and experiment outside the box in order to find different and unique ways to use the amazing equipment brought to us by Joseph Pilates.
