Our Classes

Pilates

Come and experience a Pilates Class with one of our Teachers and you will experience a class that educates and supports you throughout the entire lesson. 

We offer Reformer, Mat, Chair and Pole classes; but the beauty in taking classes at our studio is that you will be exposed to all the classes as we rotate the equipment that you'll be working on each week.

By the end of class your body will feel the difference and our hopes are that you will be able to transfer what you've learned into your everyday life. 

Franklin Method Infused Pilates

In our Franklin Method Infused Pilates Classes we start the class with a single Bone Rhythm or Muscle Action theme and then thread that theme into the Pilates Class that follows. It's a great opportunity to learn more about your body anatomy and to then be able to explore that information in movement.  Each week is different so the learning and exploring never stops.

Body Rolling

A blissful hour of self massage.  Using both Yamuna and Franklin Method body rolling balls, we spend the entire hour and a half purposefully rolling on the balls in order to massage and elongate our muscles, stimulate our tendons and create space in our joints.  Body rolling decongests and unsticks connective tissue and stimulates bone.  Each class is slightly different as we target different body parts each week.  It hurts so good.
