I offer both In-Studio and Out-of-Studio Lessons and Workshops. In these busy times it can be very challenging to maintain a routine and keep up our practice and education, particularly when we are all spread out. Workshops on the Coast

We offer a variety of Educational Workshops for interested clients and Teachers of both Pilates and other modalities. We also offer monthly workshops/forums for those interested in Master Teachings and for those involved in 'The Collective'.
